What is Somatic Healing?
Somatic Healing is a modality rooted in somatic therapy, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, and somatic restorative yoga.
It is body-based and intentional in welcoming you with whatever you may, or may not, be feeling in your body right now.
It encompasses exercises that support deep nervous system regulation through sensation awareness, restorative somatic yoga postures, resource building for self-regulation, and biodynamic craniosacral experiencing for presence and saftey.
